Under the purview of Water Sector Transformation 2040 (WST 2040) Development Study, IR4.0 in the various Water Sub-sector sectoral study undertake a quick survey on Consumer satisfaction of various water sectors in Malaysia. The survey aimed to determine the current level of service quality provided by various water utility companies and its consumers' satisfaction level.
Your earnest participation in this survey is crucial to ensure the needs of the customers/consumers within Malaysia are well represented.
