Respondents included senior professionals from utilities, engineering firms, contractors, pipe manufacturers, and technology suppliers - key stakeholders with extensive technical and operational knowledge of the country’s pipeline systems.

The findings provide evidence-based insights to support policy makers, regulators (SPAN), financiers (PAAB), utilities, consultants, suppliers, and contractors in improving standards, investment decisions, and long-term performance.
