INTRODUCTION 

The workshop is designed to teach proper analytical techniques for the analysis of potable water. Analytical technologies covered in the workshop will be microbiology, particle monitoring, colorimetric, and testing parameters associated with quality system. 

The course objectives will be met by presenting test theory, incorporating practical applications of analytical techniques with “hands-on” experience with testing systems. Participants are required to analyze water samples of known and unknown values. 


TARGET GROUP

Managers, engineers, supervisors, chemists and technicians who are involved in the operation of water treatment plant.  Public Health Officers, Science Officers / Chemists attached to laboratories for drinking water industry / producers.
